Synzi is a virtual care company dedicated to providing better ways for healthcare professionals to engage with colleagues, patients, and members.

Synzi’s platform and apps combine several methods of communications to enhance the telehealth marketplace. The platform connects colleagues and patients using mobile devices for secure, HIPAA compliant conversations that increase efficiency, strengthen engagement, optimize health outcomes, and reduce costs.

The Synzi OnCall app allows healthcare professionals to receive and participate in secure video calls with colleagues, patients, and members. OnCall users will only receive call notifications for virtual consults from their employer and/or affiliate healthcare organizations, patients, and members.

To use, login with the username and password supplied by your IT administrator or Synzi. Set yourself as Available to receive call requests related to your expertise. You will always have the option to Accept or Reject each video call request, similar to an incoming phone call.

If you are no longer on an active shift, not on call, or are otherwise engaged, set yourself to Unavailable. While in this mode, you will not receive call notifications and the Synzi platform will route call requests to other staff.
